Planes, Trains, and Automobiles!
Well, we've been on the road with our "little traveler". We've safely made it to Iowa where we are staying with Josh's parents. Traveling with a baby is significantly different than when we used to travel across country without kids but it's been just as enjoyable. . . just in a different way. :) When Abby falls asleep, Josh and I have gotten some good marriage talk time. . . which is one of the things that we love about our car trips! Since arriving in Iowa Abby has gotten quite a bit of time with Grammy and Grandpa Hunt. . . and we are dreading having to pack up and go again! It will be especially hard to say goodbye to Karen and Sam this year. We still have 2 and a half days left and we are trying to make every awake minute count. :) She also got to meet and spend time with her "crazy uncle Jesse" and her aunt Laura, plus she got to not only meet but she got to take pictures with her adorable cousin Dylan! Dylan is not quite 4 months old so Abby is just a few months older than he is. They will be great play buddies when they get bigger. :) Abby has also started cutting her two bottom teeth, but she hasn't really been fussy much at all. . . (yet). :) You can actually feel and see them as they've poked through. . . Very scary for this nursing mom! The pictures above are of our journeys with this side of the family. . . and there will be more to come. :)
