9 days and counting!

The stress is beginning to mount a little bit. We are heading back stateside for 2 months to help coach others who will be living and doing similar things to us overseas. We will be in Colorado for 6 weeks and are thrilled to be close to the mountains and to have a break from the air pollution here. Recently we've noticed we are getting a "smokers" hack - but neither of us smoke or have ever smoked!!! The opportunity to train, coach, shepherd others fits right along with our spiritual gifts and the fresh air fits right along with our physical needs!! :) The extra bonus is that we haven't used our vacation time yet so we can log a little time with our families! We are really excited about that! Abby is especially excited to see her Nana and Papa and Gramma and Grampa! She is already telling me what she is going to do with Nana and Papa. Tonight she told me that she is going to the zoo with Nana and that I can't come with! And she has been pumped about seeing Gramma and singing songs to Gramma and learning new ones too. Her Grampa Hunt is going to meet us at the airport and Abby won't let me forget it! Just recently she found out that Papa has a boat and she is convinced that he is fixing it up just for her. It's SUCH a huge answer to prayer that she feels connected to them all even though we live so far away. The Lord has given her a special affection for each one of them and she even has a special memory of fun times she has had with them - which I think is supernatural at 2 years to remember things like that! :) All praise to God for graciously connecting us all the way across the globe!

Bummer! We are coming to BJ in two weeks, but we'll miss you! I guess we'll have to wait until TL.
